Shipping policy

Shipping is ALWAYS free! 

Please allow 10-14 business days for shipping after your order has been placed. Once your order ships you will receive an email or text so you can track your package along the way :) While most orders ship before this time, we like to add this just in case. Feel free to email us at support@rebelroseink.com with any shipping questions. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update after the label is created. 

We ship Monday-Friday. The 10-14 business days does NOT include weekends or holidays.

Canada shipments : you as the buyer are responsible for any taxes and duties due upon receipt. 

Rebel Rose is not responsible for:

• Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
• International Duties or Customs Charges
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. You will need to contact the delivery company to file a claim. Make sure you have your tracking number and tracking history available.
